Day #3 main site programming.

WOD @ noon:
- Shoulder press: 1-1-1-1-1
- Push press: 3-3-3-3-3
- Push jerk: 5-5-5-5-5


Shoulder press: 135, 145, 155, 165(fail), 165(fail), 155, 155. My PR is 165lb. Just didn't have it today. Shoulder felt OK.

Push press: 155, 165, 175, 185, 195 (1+fail+1+fail+1+1). I should have been able to do 195lb for 3 reps. The last single rep was easy. I think I just wasn't used to the weight. Needed more leg drive. Hurts to drop that bar back down!

Push jerk: 185, 165, 165, 175, 185(4+fail+fail+1). First sent of 185 felt WAY heavy, and form wasn't great, so I backed off a bit. Gotta say, only the first 3 reps of the final set actually felt really good. The others needed more pop. Shoulders very fatigued.

Not sure how the weight is supposed to ideally progress on this WOD, given the rep scheme... Good shoulder work the past couple of days.

Push jerk form looks decent on the video, but needs work.
