Bodyweight bench press
Pullups
Bodyweight back squat
--> 5 rounds for max reps
Bench press (170lbs): 15-9-6-5-5 = 40
Pullups: 25-23-16-16-16 = 96
Back squat (170lbs): 20-15-15-14-11 = 75
Total reps: 211

Bench presses were tough. Needed a lot of help from Mat on the last reps of the last 3 rounds.
Pullups were tougher than usual -- they had none of the usual pop. Probably because the abs are still killing me from the GHD situps a few days ago.
Back squats were easy on the legs, but I was not mentally tough enough to go for more. The bar felt heavy, my arms started cramping... bad scene.
Good baseline for next time!
