Day # 171 main site programming. AM weight 189.2lbs.

1400 (kicked out of clinic for wearing jeans):
1. Crossfit Total.
Back squat 335lbs felt easy, then I missed 355lbs.
Shoulder press unable, so I did push press 205lbs (felt easy, then missed 225lbs)
Deadlift 475lbs felt easy, then couldn't budge 495lbs

Not bad. This whole week, and last week, feeling really tired and not really into it. I think I am overtrained. Trying to sleep longer and more often to try to recover. REst is most important right now. Came into gym not feeling great, not really into it and still managed 335lbs and 475lbs, so that's good. Pretty pleased that I can now do this on 'off' days.
