Day #187 main site programming. AM weight 187.6 (I think).

1830:
Tried 1/3 of each of the Saturday Sectional WODs:

1. 1K row. 3min25s. It felt fine. Tried Dan's technique and kept a 1:38-ish pace for the first 600-700m or so, then got tired and technique suffered and tailed off to about 1:47-ish. Gotta pace it out.

2. 1 round of 95#OHSx10 and 10burpees. 36s. Look down, be steady on OHS and fast on burpees.

3. 2rounds of 5DL(235#), 10pullups, 5ringdips. 1min15s. Felt fine.

Ready for Saturday.
