Day #182 main site programming. AM weight 188.0lbs.

9am
-- worked on MUs. Need a bigger sweep to initiate the movement at the bottom, like how I used to do it (last year in NB). With video, I see that I'm very much protecting my shoulders. Gotta spend this week loosening up. Need looser shoulders to get a better swing and a better kip.

12pm
-- worked on snatches with Hani Kanama. Legs tired, traps tired. A few keys: lock the elbows out, keep upper back contracted and lower back arched -- all from the start. Lift with the legs, do not open up too quickly. Finish the pull. Push head forward in the catch.
-- learned that I need to STRETCH!!
