wall ball: 31/29/27/25/27 = 139
rope climb: 3/2/2/2/2 = 11
Wall balls came apart in round 3 -- I started losing rhythm, the ball starting going straight up and down and hitting the wall on the way down... blech.
Rope climbs were OK. Overactive cremaster was very bothersome. L foot wrap much better than R.
MUCH more tiring than I had thought. I tried to keep up with Mat on the runs instead of taking it easy. Succeeded except for last round.
