Day # 174 main site programming. AM weight 189.4lbs.

Front squat 1-1-1-1-1: 255-265-275-285(PR)-295(fail)
Back squat 1-1-1-1-1: 305-315-335-345(fail)

Not bad. Again, not terribly into it still. OHS was disappointing. I was distracted on the last rep, and it felt heavy from the get-go, as soon as I had it overhead, I was shaking and had to take a lot of time adjusting and balancing. Wasted a lot of energy. 205 felt SUPER easy, though, so this is ready to move up. Front squat, I finally got that 285! It felt easy easy. 295 felt light, and I was on the way up then stalled. Probably woulda got it if I had leaned forward more when I got stuck. Back squat... by the time I had 345lbs on there, I wasn't that into it. The WOD was running late, boxing had started, I had to move my weights and my rack, no one else was lifting, but they were all standing around and chatting... my mind was gone. That's OK. 335lbs felt fine. Pretty sure if I did more squats, I'd get real good again. Need to learn the low-bar squat...
