DNF. First round took about 20min cuz of failed MUs. At start of second round, MUs were failing a lot so i went ahead and finished the squats and GHDs, and worked on MUs at the end.
Talked with Dhani, watched Aaron and a few YouTube videos: Gotta learn to use legs as a counter-weight, get the feet/hips in position on the way up and forcefully sweep them downward and back to throw body over the rings. I have been wasting a lot of energy with direction-less kicks. Gotta get legs up, and sweep down. Use the torque that this creates around the centre to pop forward.
