Day #75 main site programming. AM weight 196lbs.

WOD @ 1200: Linda

I did this as a 200-pounder.

DL 300lbs
Bench press 200lbs
Full clean 150lbs

54:24!! Dammit... I was shooting for sub-30!! The bench presses really messed me up -- on the round of 4, I failed maybe 6 or 7 times, and had to take a lot of rest. Lesson -- the barbell banging on the safety bars kill momentum and make it harder. Lesson -- let the barbell freefall onto chest.

EFF...

The DL and clean were pretty easy.
