I had to use a 20kg kettlebell instead of a 40lb dumbell. I also cannot do L-pullups properly, but did the best I could.

The one-arm snatches were OK. The L-pullups were retarded. I headed to singles very quickly, which killed my time. This extra dead-weight I'm carrying does not help... gotta start losing a little more aggressively... the fat doesn't help.
