REST DAY.
@ 1830, I did 3 rounds of 5 HSPUs (parallettes), 5 pistols each leg, 5 L-pullups, 5 toes to bar.
New plan:
Modify WODs to make them heavier (to maintain strength and develop strength endurance), and to include at least 1 goat every day. Work on skills on rest days. Alternate rowing and running daily.
Today, before the WOD, I did 2K row in 7min41s, and felt very comfortable. No prob. Good sign.
