WOD @ 1100:
AMRAP 20min
--> burpees x 25
--> bodyweight back squat x 15 (I used 225lbs)
3 rounds plus 6 burpees.
Burpees were tough with all this extra weight, and I had no bounce at the bottom because of my shoulder problems. Back squats were done in sets of 5. Felt good. Rested a tad too much, but safety a concern because of back squats, and my back felt tight after burpees.
