5K Run.
We ran 25 laps around the school track, assuming it was 200m track. It was longer than that. We ran 6.5km.
It took me 38min50s. Very very slow. New discovery -- STOP TRYING TO POSE RUN! I tried pose for 20laps. It was slow, it was tiring. Meanwhile, Aaron and Mat flew by heel-striking all the way. I started lengthening strides and heel striking more for the last 5 laps, and it was great. Felt much smoother, faster, easier.
