--> 25 TGUs with 60lb dumbell.
I modified this to work on HSPUs. I did:
AMRAP 20min
--> 500mg row
--> 5HSPUs on parallettes
--> 10 TGUs with 28kg kettlebell
--> 5HSPUs on parallettes
Good WOD. I did 1 round + row + 3 HSPUs. maintained comfortable 1min45s row on both rounds. HSPUs need work, obviously. The TGUs were good -- main issue was my shoulder pain. It was difficult to lower properly because of sharp shoulder pain... ugh.
