Day #39 main site programming. Day #33 milk. AM weight 189.4lbs.

Nate @ 0700 (compare to 10June09 Nate with 40kg KB 9 rounds+MU+2HSPU):

2 rounds as Rx'd, then had to sub for muscle ups (3 strict pullups and 3 strict ring dips per muscle up), and added mats for HSPUs. Probably did 6rounds plus?

2 goats here -- MU and HSPU. Extra weight and shoulder injury don't help matters at all. It's OK -- take the hit on BW exercises, and get stronger. Stick with the program for 3 months, then start to work back in. Also, time to get help on the shoulder!
