Previous best 16min26s. Well, I did butterfly today, which is good. Shoulder is feeling a little better these days.

The pump I got on all of these was insane -- biceps during pullups, chest, legs... felt nauseous and shaky for 15-20min afterward.

It will be a long road back to CrossFit-style fitness...
