WOD @ 1200:

Not sure if I wanted to try a PR today given recent huge increase in PR recently, and the heaviness of the 455 for reps the other day. Went like this:

warmup: 135x5, 225x3, 315x2, 405x1
working sets: 455x1, 505xfail, 465x1, 475x1, 465x1, 465x1, 455x1, 455x1

Couldn't move the 505 off the ground -- a little too ambitious:P Good to do heavy singles today. Had to work for them.

Overtraining somewhat? Maybe?
