DNF. Rope climbs... Efff... I only did 2 rope climbs, then I failed 3 times on the 3rd attempt, then decided to do the ground-to-stand rope pulls (2 per climb) the rest of the way. Thrusters were fine, but 2nd round the pump in biceps and forearms made it very difficult -- had to widen the grip a lot.
After these 3mos of weight gain, I should take 3 months to use time on muscle-ups, HSPUs, rope climbs, knees to elbows...
