175x3, 175x3, 185x3, 195x1, 195x1, 195xfail. Did this while coaching others, so no flow, poor mental focus. Pretty pleased given circumstances.
Front squat
245x3, 265x3, 275x1. This was ruined by Dhani who spoke to me for 30min between my set of 265 and my set of 275. Should have interrupted and asked him to hold off until I was done, but I didn't... ugh. The 265s felt good and I was on my way to 275x3, then singles or doubles at 285...

Also, I"ve decided that I'm getting too fat. Time to stop with the face-stuffing and weight-gaining. Will start with cutting down on the milk (only with shakes), and eating a bit cleaner. I peaked at 199.8lbs a few days ago. I will get to 200lbs, but I want to do it the right way without bodyfat getting out of control. I'll work on other CrossFit elements, get faster, leaner, and maybe come back to this in a few months (maybe when I'm in Baltimore or on ICU, I'll do Starting Strength for real).
I haven't been able to lift heavy (due to time constraints and a touch of overtraining) lately, so this isn't working right. I"ve just been eating way too much.
Not a bad 7.5wk trial, though. My squat went from 295lbs to 365lbs. My deadlift went from 425lbs to 495lbs. My clean and jerk went from 235lbs to 275lbs. I can bench 265lbs, power snatch 195lbs, power clean 265lbs for triples.
Now it's time to see what this strength will do for my WODs.
