Not bad. I'm 30lbs heavier than last time (March 2009), i.e. can't run; can't kip very well because of my shoulder injury, and was only 4 min slower (previous best 55min50s). I one-setted all the KB swings (easy!), and my last set of pullups was pretty decent. Splits were ~9min, ~12 min, ~14min, ~14min, ~10min.
