WOD @ 1300:
5 rounds for time
--> 12 power snatch (65lbs)
--> 10 pushups
9 rounds +5 power snatches.
THis was pretty frustrating. 65lbs is VERY light, but my lower back was so fatigued I could barely get into the start position after the second round. This forced me to rest a lot despite not being that tired. Played it safe. Pretty disappointing overall, but I guess the training has been trying to strengthen the lower back in this way.
I tried front squats after this, but didn't rest much in between and quit after 275lb single -- I think I'm getting overtrained or something. Better to rest than mess things up.
