Day #45 main site programming. Day #39 milk. AM weight 194.4lbs.

WOD @ 1830:
5 rounds for time:
--> Snatch (95lbs)x3
--> OHS (95lbs)x15
--> Run 400m

20min30s. Ugh. Goal was 16min or so. The snatch/OHS sets were done straight through. Each took 40-60s. The run was ugly. I was basically shuffling along like an old woman. Serious serious burn to the thighs with this one, and the lower back was totally fatigued, which totally made the run worse. Will be much better next time.
