Bench press 235lbs 5 sets of 3 reps.

Power clean --> very good power. The misses were timing issues, not getting good rack position on the catch and being too scared -- as evidenced by second set always being bang on. Awesome.

Bench press --> just felt real good in general. Keep movin on up!
