Day #134 main site programming. AM weight 187.2lbs.

0700:
1. row 1000m in about 3min34 (I forget exactly...), then 2 x 500m row in 1min42s, then in 1min41s with recovery as needed (about 2min). Very tiring... Either getting tired or the intervals are killer. May need a rest day soon.
2. JT. ~21min. Needed lotta recovery between HSPUs... didn't push it. Need to focus more on technique and breath and less on getting it done. I lose sight of that too much.

1830:
1. 100 burpees (warmup). 7min22s. Felt tougher than last time, and was faster. But legs are burning a bit. Possible effect of the row this morning, or yesterday (Angie, Karen, clean, OHS...). REMEMBER to work on making it feel light, work on technique, learn.
2. Worked on MUs (3-4-4-4-3-3...) and rope climbs.
