1100 (Mississauga):
1. Karen (warmup). 10min (!!). It was a 22lbs ball, and the marker looks to be higher than 10 feet. Overall, I'm OK with it.
2. 7 rounds for time:
7 power snatch
7 snatch balance
7 OHS
Rx weight was 95lbs. I did 135lbs. 37min44s. Much harder than I expected. The power snatches did not feel very good, and my shoulders were not in good shape today. Snatch balance and OHS need work. My balance is not great on them. Definitely need to add OHS to warmup somehow... it's embarrassing.
