Day #142 main site programming. AM weight 189.2lbs.

0700:
1. Row 1000m in 3min40s, then 2x 500m at 1min40 pace rest as needed. Tough. Good to do intervals. Need to work on that met-con ability. Gotta be careful not to push too hard in these AM workouts.
2. KB swing (32kg). 3 rounds of 30 swings, rest as needed. Good. Switching over to the back-centric way definitely helps when tired.

1830:
1. Main site rest day
2. OHS 95lbs x 10, 115lbx x 10, 135lbs x 10, 155lbs x 5 (4 sets), rest as needed. Wanted to do the Saturday DL workout, but equipment and time were factors. OHS needs work, so I did that. By the last 2 sets of 155, I definitely found a groove. It's all about alignment. Legs are sore from yesterday.
