1100:
1. Jackie (warmup). Took over 9 minutes because of pullups -- my shoulders are effed again and I can't do pullups without bad pain. The 1000m row, while conserving energy for the WOD, was a PR I think of 3min28s.
2. Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5-5-5. I did all sets at 365lbs. Felt heavy!! Not doing deadlifts consistently definitely makes these pretty sucky. Also, rotator cuff and lats are hurting pretty bad. The whole shoulder girdle is effed.
