Day #163 main site programming. AM weight 190.2lbs.

0700:
1. Run 1 mile at 3% incline at 6.0, 6.5, 7.0, 7.5. 4x0.25mi at 3% incline at 10. Rest as needed.
2. worked on HSPUs with dumbells to mimic paralettes.

1830:
2010 Games Chipper WOD (sub 95lb push press for 40lb dumbell push press)

34min44s. Whoa. Harder than I thought. Lost a ton of time on toes to bar and muscle-ups. Toes to bar were simply totally inefficient. I was 12-15 reps ahead and completely lost that lead heading into box jumps. The 15 muscle-ups took WAY long, but I didn't miss any. I rested extra to make sure no fails. Coulda pushed myself harder, especially on burpees and lunges, but was trying to pace properly, did not want to go all out today.

New game plan -- acquire met-con/top-end speed prowess again. Will do WODs are Rx'd, not extra heavy. Will work on weaknesses during warmup (MUs!! etc.) instead of doing baseline WODs. Will work on HSPUs in AMs with running/rowing.
