1. Row 2000m. 7min34s, I think. Did not feel great. Abs and lower back still sore/weak. Diminishing returns from doing 2000m straight all the time. New plan: 1000m warmup, then 2 rounds of 500m or 4 rounds of 250m, rest as needed.
2. JT. 20min30s, approx. Again, HSPUs are feeling weak. Maybe I'm doing this too much... should think about mixing it up more. The dips and pushups felt great. Very steady, inspiration on the exertion.
1830:
1. 100 burpees (warmup). 7min32s. Felt pretty good. Only 17s off my PR (granted, that was on a 150 burpee WOD). Rested as needed, went 15, 10s, 5s. Pretty good. Good warmup.
2. 5 rounds for time:
--> 500m row
--> 7 thrusters
Rx weight was 135lbs. I did 185lbs in 3-2-2 every round. Felt strong. Could try to do more in a row next time. Will have another chance next week with thruster/MU/run WOD. Try to do 5 in a row. N.B. I rested bar on shoulders after each rep, and used a ball. Row was OK for first 200m, nice long pulls. After that, I just did whatever. BAD! Averaged about 1:50 per round -- faster in initial rounds (1:44ish) and slower later (1:55ish). Lower back and abs still hurtin'! Great job today.
