Day #141 main site programming. AM weight 189.4lbs.

0715:
1. Run 1 mile at 3% incline at 6.0 setting (10min), then 4 rounds of 0.25min at 3% incline at 9.0 setting (rest as needed). Getting better. I feel like technique and fitness are improving.
2. Feeling a bit overtrained, need to take a break from all the JTs, shoulders are killing me, so just stretching and some slow pullups.
