0700:
1. Row 1000m in 3min40s. 4 x 250m row, rest as needed. Pretty good. I was able to do it in 46, 45, 45 and 44s. Started with short strokes, then went long. It went better with each round, and was able to hold about 1min26s pace in the final round.
2. KB swing (32kg) 3 rounds of 30 reps unbroken, rest as needed. Felt good.

Rx WOD was Griff, but that seems dumb. I need to work on MUs, so I chose to do:
1. Ryan. 33min43s. Fuck... the MUs need serious work. I need to rest too much between reps, and the transitions are still poor. First 2 rounds went well, but they always do. When I get a little fatigued, it really deteriorates. Round 3, I missed 1, but was able to recover and finished the set. Round 4 was the worst, with 4 misses in a row. I can't tell a whole lot of difference between the misses and the makes -- except for lack of aggression, particularly in that second phase of the exercise. Technique-wise, I need to make sure to throw my weight/head forward at the top. On the misses, my centre of gravity is too far behind me to make the conversion. Keep on keeping on...
