1. Row 1000m warmup 3min35s. Row 4x 250m rest as needed 46s, 45s, 46s, 45s. Each 46s round was with long strokes, approx 33s/m. Each 45 round was with short strokes, approx 42s/m. Tried to keep breath, stay relaxed. Achieved for most part. Short and fast was definitely more powerful, and got the /500m splits down lower, but tired faster. Keep experimenting.
