Day #135 main site programming. AM weight 186.6lbs (gotta eat more!! Losing too much weight!)

0710:
1. Run 1 mile at 3% incline in 10min, then 4 rounds of 0.25mi at 3% incline and 8.5 speed, rest as needed.
2. Modified Angie (50 strict pullups). ~25min. The situps were UBER slow today. Abs still sore.

1830:
1. Karen (warmup). 8min28s. PR by 13s. Felt pretty good. Good warmup. Can definitely go faster.
2. Front squat 1-1-1-1-1-1-1. I wanted a PR today. Previous best is 275, though I've only ever attempted 285 twice (both on cleans on the same day). 225x2, 245x1, 265x1 -- all very easy, no problemo. First attempt at 285, I got halfway up, but felt like I was leaning too far forward and lost it. Second attempt wasn't close. Gotta find time to work on these at higher reps...
