Day #145 main site programming. AM weight 193.4lbs.

14-19Feb2010 --> Sandals Royal Bahamian.

Did some running, some pushup/pullup/squat combos, tennis, b-ball. Shoulders feel worse. I think the anterior muscles are overpowering the posterior, pulling things out of alignment. Gotta strengthen the upper back and lats.
