1. 100 burpees (warmup). 7min11s. PR by 4s. I think I went for it a little too hard, but that's OK once in a while. See asterisks above.
2. Max reps: 10min HSPUs, 5min squats, 2min pullups, 1min pushups. 32, 185, 33, 47. Total 297. Bah. I stopped advil 3 days ago, and I'm really feeling it in my shoulders and my delts are fatiguing out of compensatory mechanisms, I think. I felt it during Karen yesterday and during the burpees today. To cushion the bursitis, I used much more delts to push off. NOt sure of the effect it has on my HSPUs, but it definitely affected my pullups.
**NOticing trend this week of working out, eating more and losing weight... perhaps a sign of increased metabolism and need for more food, perhaps a sign of overtraining... I have been feeling more tired lately and the sub-max morning WODs in particular have not been stellar. Take tomorrow off and eat more. And take some advil...**
