1. Run 1 mile at 3% incline in 10min. Then 4 rounds of 0.25miles at 3% incline 8.5 setting. More speed work is good to incorporate. Interval training should help.
2. Modified Angie -- 50 strict pullups instead of 100 kips. ~25min. This was done at very comfy pace, trying to figure out most efficient movement. Abs sore still, so situps very slow. Chest kind of sore as well from recent WODs. Squats were not too great. But good to work on these while fatigued and no time pressure.
1830:
1. Karen (warmup). 9min15s. Felt pretty easy. Can push it a bit more. Didn't feel it much in my legs, which is good. Good use of UEs today.
2. Clean 1 rep; bench 1 rep; OHS 1rep.
-- Clean: 225-245-265-275 (fail). 265 felt easy. 275 was easily racked but couldn't stand up (timing slightly off). Did not attempt more because no real point. 275 is my max max. I can try for PR another day.
-- Bench: 225-245-255. Did not attempt more because 255 was a struggle at the sticking point. Max is 265 so I was happy with 255 today given lots of chest work lately.
-- OHS: 155-175-185-195-205-215(fail). Shoulders needed time to get used to this one. I did it off the rack. Gotta stay really tight, look up, chest out. Lost the 215 as I was about to stand up from the bottom position. PR by 20lbs. Pretty satisfied.
