Day #8 Main site programming. Forgot to weight myself today.

Cleans were fine. I rested too much on the round of 8. Still need to work on not bouncing the bar off the thighs.

GHD situps were brutal after last week's 180 GHD situps. Took a long time to loosen up enough to even do one, and each rep was very difficult on the abs. Would have a better time (but probably not as good a result) if I was fresh. Good WOD.

**Need to gain some weight and get strong. Lotta talk about the GOMAD, and doing more powerlifting. Today, I started with the milk (1-2L per day in addition to regular food), and will start 2-3x per week 3x5 or 5x5 back squats, deadlifts and benchpress after lighter/shorter WODs.**
