Day #31 main site programming. Day #25 milk. AM weight 186.6lbs (Red Violin the night before).

WOD @ 0700: weighted pullups 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

45-55-65-70-75-80-80 chin over bar.

Solid. Shoulders were very stiff. Next time, should take more time to warm up shoulders. I think I could've gone higher. But it remains the same -- upper body is weak. Need to keep working on it.

Power Snatch: 185x3, 185x3, 185x3, 185x3, 185x3.

Very very nice. Last time, only did a single at this weight, and only 2wks ago was doing 155lbs for 3. Very good. Too much fiddling with stance on this one, but it is something worth figuring out. Seems a wider stance helps on snatch. Good work. Shoulders felt much looser this evening. Go up next time.
