Day #12 main site programming. Day #6 milk. AM weight 172lbs.

Goal was sub-8min today, so I failed badly on that... First round was done in 2:20, second round was done in 5:15, last round took over 3min!! The last run was tough and inefficient, though I was trying my best to giv'er. KB swings were steady and quite easy. The pullups were not there today. L shoulder was difficult to loosen up, and didn't have that 'pop' from the core. I didn't swing my legs enough -- good lesson for next time. I had a real shot at 8:10 or 8:15 because I was onto pullups at the 8min mark, but pullups were effed today...

Pretty toast after, so -- good try. Womp womp.

Good strategy of going all out on the run (though my "all-out" sucks!), and recovering on the swings. Met goal of not resting at all, though last set of pullups was disappointing... Keep with the same next time.

Deadlifts @ 1115-ish:
405lbs 3-4-5.
Ramping up slowly from 3-3-3 (done 3d ago). Kinda difficult to do with so little rest after Helen! Gotta be careful not to overtrain. No powerlifts tomorrow.
