Holy eff, this was tough. 4 rounds plus row plus 10 SDHPs. Other than the first round, the rows were crap! SDHP was brutality -- my lower back is very sore/fatigued from deadlifts the other day, so I stopped a lot. Basically whenever my lower back felt tired. Pullups -- shoulder bothering me a lot, and didn't really get in a groove until round 3. Tough tough WOD.

Power clean 3-3-3 225-225-225. Didn't want to push it. I've already hit all powerlifts/oly lifts this week; back is sore/tired; Fran, Elizabeth and CF Total are coming up next week... so no more powerlifting or oly lifting this week. At most, do each of these exercises (bench, deads, back squat, front squat, power snatch, power clean, shoulder press) once per week. Gotta be careful not to overtrain/get injured.
