338. Awful today. Pullups were really bad. Pushups were a grind. Squats... not enough -- started feeling crampy again. I suck at Tabatas!

A little overly ambitious, I think. Last time, I managed 445x2 on my final set. Today was hoping for 455x3. I'm not there yet. Slow down, take it easy. This may have done more harm than good by attempting this. There is a deadlift workout in a few days -- 1-1-1-1-1-1-1. Probably will not go for max effort -- will start at 455 and try to maintain singles to work on strength.
