This was tough on the lower back (hang cleans). Pushups weren't easy either. Much harder than expected. Legs and lower back pretty fried.

Deadlifts 415x3, 425x3, 435x3, 445x2. All touch-and-go reps.
Awesome. Surprisingly easy given the past few days and the tough WOD just before. Good use of legs, dragging bar up thighs. Remember the position of power. Start at 445/455 next time.
