Bench press aimed for 5-5-5-5-5. Did 185x5-195x3-185x4-185x3-185x4. I think a bit fatigued from the muscle ups yesterday. Also did presses yesterday...
Deadlift aimed for 5-5-5-5-5. Did 4 sets of 405lbs x 5. Felt pretty good.
