--> Power snatch 155x3, 165x3, 175x3, 175x3, 185x1, 185xfail. Next time, start at 175lbs. Felt good. Focus on second pull -- big jump.
--> Shoulder press 95x5, 115x3, 135x1, 145x1, 115x5, 115x5, 135x3, 135x3, 135x3. Shoulder pain, again. Really need to get it fixed. Thought I'd try to go for a 1RM, but shoulder hurt too much, so I stepped it down.
--> Front squat 275x1, 245x3, 265x2 for 5 sets. A little ambitious with the 275lbs, particularly with the recent WODs. Good to try, though. Start again at 265 next time.
