Holy crap. The lower back took a real beating on this one -- especially during the run. I think it definitely helped my running, though. Will be a lot faster next time.

Felt great. Very powerful today. 235 and 245 were pretty easy. 255 required more effort. Very good second pull, very good use of legs. Good use of position of power. Next time, start at 255 and go from there.
