Run 800 meters
"Pistol" is one-legged squat with Kettlebell or dumbbell. Use 1 1/2 pood Kettlebell or 55 pound dumbbell for pistols.

Did not use weight. Finished in 19min10s -- pistols need work, situps are slow, run needs to be faster. ~30min later, did power cleans 225lbs 3x3.
