Eff... 18min18s. Previous best with full extension at bottom: 10min30s 30June09. Last time, I gunned it at the outset. Did 10 min 50s, 20 by 4min mark, then the last 10 took 6min30s. This time, I tried to do one every 10s. I kept it up until rep #13, then started failing over and over again. I am definitely strong enough to kip and dip, but I could not turn it over. I really need to work on the transition -- once I get that, this will be game over. Easier said than done...
