22min41s. Eff -- the muscle ups killed me on this WOD. Lot of failed reps and had to take a lot of rest to recover. Two things: my transitions suck and, when I get tired, my kip is weak as well. Need to work on these in warm up once my blisters heal. The SDHPs were awesome. Pretty easy, though I did rest a lot during MUs. Good use of legs.
