Day #25 main site programming. Day #19 milk. AM weight 178.6lbs.

WOD @ 1200: CF Total

Back squat 325lbs (did 135 x 5, 225 x 3, 275 x 1, 305 x 1, 315 x 1, 325 x 1, 335 fail)
Bench press (did not do shoulder press due to L shoulder pain) 235lbs (did 135 x 5, 175 x 2, 205 x 1, 225 x 1, 235 x 1)
Deadlift 475lbs (did 135 x 5, 225 x 3, 315 x 2, 405 x 1, 455 x 1, 475 x 1)

Back squat was PR by 30lbs. Very nice. 315 went up easy, 325 needed some work, 335 couldn't get past sticking point. I think I leaned too far forward and lost the upward drive.

Bench press... L shoulder did not allow me to do shoulder presses over 100lbs today... maybe I need to see physio or something. 235 was a difficult rep, so I stopped there.

Deadlift was a PR by 40lbs! So awesome. 455 felt very easy, so jumped to 475. 475 was very solid, but I had to fight for it, so I decided to stop there. Next time -- 505! Oh yeah!
