PR is 16:26. Today took 20min. Pullups started well. 41 in a row, which is a PR. Pushups were a huge drag. Chest very sore still from the bench presses a few days ago. Situps were awful -- 180 GHDs last week, 150 GHDs yesterday... the 100 situps today took forever, and abs were so fatigued. Squats... could use fuller extension. And I cramped up at rep 70 or something like that, and had to break for like 2min before piecing together the rest of the 30 reps or so. If not for cramps, time would've still sucked ass: ~18min or so.

Lesson: eat and drink during shifts!!
